Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Indigenous Telco pre-registration website (the "Website") operated by Indigenous Technology Group ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of the Website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Website.

1. About Indigenous Telco and This Website

Indigenous Telco is Australia's first Indigenous-owned telco, on a mission to connect every corner of Australia and bridge the digital divide. This Website serves as a platform for individuals to register their interest in our upcoming services and receive updates about our launch and journey. Indigenous Telco is owned by the Indigenous Technology Group (as detailed below) or its nominees.

2. Purpose of Pre-Registration

Registering your interest on this Website means you wish to receive communications from Indigenous Telco regarding our upcoming launch, services, and offers. It helps us understand market demand and geographical interest to better plan our rollout across Australia.

3. No Guarantee of Service or Offer

Your registration of interest does not constitute a contract for service, nor does it guarantee that you will receive any specific product, service, or offer from Indigenous Telco. It also does not guarantee that Indigenous Telco's services will be available in your specific location at launch. We are working hard to expand our reach across Australia, and availability will be communicated closer to launch.

4. Your Obligations

By using this Website and submitting your pre-registration, you agree that:
You are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent to use this Website.
All information you provide in the pre-registration form is accurate, complete, and truthful.
You will not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Website.
You understand that the information provided on this Website is for general informational purposes only and is subject to change.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Website.
